Obese people are not the enemy.

I do not believe we need a war ,or fight with obese people . The simple fact of the matter is ,obesity is very complex. I am a binge eater , and I used foods to self medicate.
www.obesitythunderbay.ning.com is my vehicle that hopes to promote a little Fat Talk. I feel we need to trade Heat for Light. In that perhaps we can push for a National Obesity Talk, an open line forum discussing food and environments. Obese people are not the enemy, and we cannot wait for governements to step in, we must start ourselves.
