Food Revolution and the Media .

The media is not going to stand by and do nothing ,while Jamie Oliver tries to expand the conversation regarding obesity. If you want to help to launch the discussion about obesity,it must be with the biggest club. The club I speak of is Childhood Obesity.
Childhood obesity allows for a small tiny movement,and Obesity Thunder Bay is using that shift to gain ground. It seems odd to have a war on obesity , which is really about fighting the obese person. With children the argument allows for a small shift, and that shift is blaming levied upon the Parents. Needless to say a shift is a wonderful chance to open up dialog.

Obesity Thunder Bay is eager to discuss Environment, the Food Environment. Environment includes every aspect of the food system and the availability of healthy foods, the marketing etc etc etc,,,,,,,,

Obese people are not the enemy, and I take this chance to seek out volunteers to help our cause. 30,000 U S A toddlers are 30 pounds overweight today. Please stand up and share our work to improve the health of all across the planet.
